This is a limited edition hand-embellished signed first state print of my original ink drawing, “Wanna Play”, of a young fox trying to engage a crow in play. There are only 25 prints in this edition, printed on special watercolour paper and customized with hand embellished 24k gold leaf on the feathers. Each print is unique, distinct from any other print and an original artwork in itself. The price includes expedited shipping.

From my series on Forest Animals, the young Fox would like to be friends with the Crow. The Fox crouches down in a play-bow, trying to entice the crow to play with him. The crow appears to be thinking about it. The two have just met on the path through the woods and the sun is sinking low in the sky. This is an ink drawing from my sketchbook, drawn in a storybook style, and the print is only slightly larger than the original. This artwork is for someone who loves and appreciates magical imagery of animals with an inspirational and playful mood. Ideal artwork for any living or working space, or a child’s playroom or bedroom.

Limited edition ink jet print, 9 x 9” including a white border. The print is signed, titled and numbered by me, JC Little, on the front, and it is stamped with my embossed insignia. Printed with fade resistant Claria Photo HD Ink on Epson Watercolor Paper, Radiant White. I have calibrated the print to be as close to the original drawing as possible. The image has been gilded with 24 karat gold leaf. A Certificate of Authenticity and a Framing Guide is included with this print. It’s recommended to frame it behind UV filter glass, with an acid-free matte, and display away from direct sunlight to preserve the print from deterioration and fading.It will be packaged with an archival sleeve, a stiff cardboard backing and a bubble wrap envelope to protect it. To avoid waste, where ever possible I will re-use mailers and other packaging materials.
